Interactive whiteboard and projector installations in county schools

We have been working with the ICT service for many years, providing a data network and Interactive whiteboard and projector (IWB) installation service to schools in the Cambridgeshire region.

Our engineers are accredited installers for Smartboard interactive whiteboards. A typical installation starts with a site visit to determine the best location for the IWB, and to talk to the school individually to see exactly what they are after for their installation. After the work has been given the go ahead our office staff liase with the school to arrange a convienient time for the works to be carried out, making arrangements for the students to be taught elsewhere.

Our engineers install the projector mounts to sturdy points of the building, above the ceiling if possible to make a clean looking installation, the Smartboard and speakers are mounted securely to the wall and all wiring is made as discreet as possible. After commissioning, staff training is given, user guides along with health and safety signs are installed.
