Technology Support Service for Education

Ely Telecom Ltd are proud to be business partners with Witchford Village College and have been working very closely with the Cambridgeshire County Council Education ICT Service for the last 7 years completing many successful projects in school sites. Our engineers are used to working in active live schools and appreciate the levels of care and patience that are required to be able to work in schools during term time successfully. All our Staff are also CRB Enhanced cleared.

Many schools have seen the benefits of regular scheduled visits of the same engineer, to be proactive in routine maintenance of ICT equipment, so that the technician can get to know the schools, ICT equipment, school staff and their needs and aspirations, and for long term planning. The technician also provides support to the ICT Co-ordinator within school to assist when needed in the development of the schools ICT infrastructure.
